Our new mayonnaise is not only made with our award winning Judo Joel's Asian Infused Jamaican Jerk Marinade, it is also an award winner in it's own right.
It was awarded a "Golden Chile Award" in the "Mild Salad Dressing" category at the 2012 Fiery Food Challenge in Irving, Tx.
Our Mayonnaise is smooth and creamy with a bit of a Jamaican Jerk kick. Use this as
an alternative to your basic Mayonnaise in Tuna Salad or Chicken Salad or as a sandwich spread.
It will give a wonderful "Judo Chop" to anything you use it in.
